Best time to test with OPK's is mid to late afternoon, from 2pm tp 8pm, first morning urine is not recommended for them, first morning urine is only recommended for hpt's.

The only waty the morning is good is if you have a clear blue easy fertility monitor. I have tried many kits and I use the answer brand that has 20 test strips in it there are 2 times a day to test that are good 2pm or 8pm do not drink for at least 2 hours prior to the test I have been pregnant 3 times though miscarriages these tests have always worked good luck!

They say to take it in the morning because that's when the hormones are at their prime, the first pee you take. Good luck.
