    Fast shutter or …
    Fast shutter or high iso and on your focus mode switch to AI servo or ai focus. You need it to freeze the subject.

    One Shot is something you want to use when you’re taking still photo.
    Ai Focus is when you’re taking photo of bird, sports etc., meaning moving subject.

    Ai Servo is something between. When subject is not moving, it becoming one shot and when it detects moving it becoming ai focus ;)

    If you slow down …
    If you slow down your shutter speed, the shutter have not closed yet so you have to hold camera very still or use tripod.
